摘要
认为消化性溃疡以虚证为多，中医辩证分为肝郁脾虚、脾胃虚寒、胃阴不足三个证型，分别采用疏肝健脾，温中健脾，养阴益胃的方法，共治１０５例，总有效率为８４．８％。提示本法在愈合溃疡，改善状态等方面有较好的作用。
The authors held that the more types of peptic ulcer is xu type. Different- ated according to TCM,the disease can be divided into three types:Liver congestion withspleen deficiency,cold of insufficiency in spleen and stomach and yin insufficiency in stom-ach.The disease of 105 patients was treated separately with niethods of clearing liver andstrengthening spleen,warming the middle jiao and reinforcing spleen,and nourishing yin totonify stomach,and the total effect rate is 84.8%,which stiggest that those therapies are ef-fective methods to heal ulcer and improve the symptems.
