摘要
灭幽灵散剂治疗消化性溃疡活动期伴幽门螺杆菌阳性、辨证为郁热证８０例（治疗组）．并与用得乐冲剂治疗的２８例作对照（对照组），６周为１疗程。结果：中医证候疗效比较，治疗组治愈＋显效率８５．０％，总有效率９３．８％；对照组治愈＋显效率６６．９％，总有效率８２．１％。溃疡疗效比较：治疗组治愈＋显效率８０．０％，总有效率８７．５％；对照组治愈＋显效率６０．７％，总有效率７５．０％。两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。幽门螺旋杆菌疗效比较：治疗组清除率７１．２％，对照组６７．９％，两组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明灭幽灵散剂对改善症状、愈合溃疡疗效明显优于得乐冲剂。远期疗效；治疗组溃疡复发率２１．０％，对照组为２３．０％。幽门螺杆菌两项检查复发率两组分别为２８．５％、３０．８％，相比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。此结果说明溃疡复发与幽门螺杆菌密切相关。
Abstract:80 patients of heat stagnation syndrome with HP infections peptic ulcer were treated by Mieyouling powder as curative group. Other 28 patients were treated by De-Nol powder as control group. After treatment six weeks the following results were obtained: in curative group the total effect rate of improving symptoms was 93. 8%,but 82. 1 % in control group; according to the gastroscope the total effect rate of ulcer was 87. 5%,but 75 % in control group (P<0. 05) ;HP clearance rate was 71. 2 %,but 67. 9% in control group (P>0. 05);ulcer and HP relapserate respectively were 71. 2 %, 28. 5 %,but 67. 9 %, 30. 8 % in control group. These manifested thatMieyouling powder was superior in improving symptoms and healing ulcer to De-Nol powder.
