摘要
采用体外液体培养法，观察不同浓度及不同胎龄人胎肝造血基质细胞条件培养液（ＨＦＬＳＣ－ＣＭ）对ＷＥＨＩ＿３细胞增殖与分化的影响。结果表明：５月龄ＨＦＬＳＣ－ＣＭ能促进ＷＥＨＩ＿３细胞增殖与分化；７月和９月龄ＨＦＬＳＣ－ＣＭ抑制ＷＥＨＩ＿３细胞增殖，促进分化。文中讨论了人胎肝造血基质细胞与造血的关系以及不同时期造血基质细胞的作用。

effects of the human fetal liver stromal cell conditioned medium(HFLSC-CM)onthe WEHI3 cells
growth were investigated in the liquid culture in vitro.The results showedthat HFLSC-CM from
5-month-old fetus(5mHFLSC-CM)at concentration ranging from5%～40%significantly stimulated
the proliferation of WEHI3 cells(P<0.05)and also stim-ulated the differentiation of WEHI3 cells
at the high concentration(≥20%)(P<0.01);20%7mHFLSC-CM and 20%9mHFLSC-CM inhibited the
proliferation of WEHI3 cells,but stim-ulated the diHerentiation (P<0.01).The mechanism of the
effects of HFLSC-CM and therelationship between HFLSC-CM and embryonic and fetal
hemopoiesis were discussed.
