摘要
将除净骨髓细胞的骨皮质移植到同系小鼠皮下后4周,移植物髓腔内充满髓系造血组织。说明骨皮质内含有造血重建的主要诱导因素,即在异位移植造血重建过程中,骨皮质环境因素占有主导作用。骨皮质内的成骨细胞或骨母细胞不仅是骨的发生、成长及修复的主要成分,而且在特殊条件下,很可能还有支持造血恢复作用。这种作用大概是通过其自身增殖、分化形成特有的造血基质细胞或是分泌某种因子诱导宿主的造血干细胞和基质细胞定居而重建造血。
Bone cortex without bone marrow cells was implanted subcutaneously in mice.The bone marrow cavity was full of hemopoietic tissues several weeks after implantation, showing that the main environemental factors for hemo-poiesis were present in the bone cortex. So far, it is considered that the oste-oblasts are the main element for development, growth and repairing of bone. These might support hemopoietic recovery under special conditions by indue-ing hemopoietic stem cells and stromal cells to settle down and to reconstitute hemopoiesis in the host by means of self-replication and differentiation to form stromal cells and/or secrete hemopoietic factors.
