摘要
采用SMAO休克模型观察大气小肠单纯缺血1h(I组),缺血lh后再灌1h(I/R组)及假手术组(Sham组)的血浆及肠组织内皮素-1(ET-1)的变化。结果表明,I组血浆ET-1与Sham组比较无显著增高(P>0.05),而肠组织ET-1则显著憎高(P<0.01),肠组织损伤明显;1/R组血浆及肠组织ET-1均显著高于其它两组(P<0.01),肠组织严重损伤。提示ET-1是肠缺血-再灌损伤的重要因素。
Investigations were made on the changes of plasma and intestinal tissue
endothelin-1(ET-1)during the small intestinal ischemia-reperfusion. Superior mesenteric artery
occlu-sion(SMAO) model was made in 20 rats,The animals were divided into three groups :①
Sham group(n=6),②occlusion l hour group(I Group,n=6),③released l hour after lhour
ococlusion(I/R group,n=8);In I group, the ET-1 contents of the intestinal tissuewere significantly
higher as comparedwith Sham Group(240.10±20.82pg/gww vs 91.40±
15.14pg/gww,P<0.01),the injury of the intestinal tissue was less severe。In I/R group,the ET-1
contents of plasma and intestinal tissue were significantly higher as compared withSham
Group(20.88 ±5.46pg/ml vs 8.86 ± 2.31 pg/ml and 436.83±60.53pg/g.ww vs91.40 ±
15.14pg/g。ww,respectively,P<0.01);The intestinal tissue injury was se-vere,These resuIts
indicate that ET-1 is an important factor of the small intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
