A novel homogeneous neodymium catalyst with fullerenes C60/C70 and its derivatives as supporters for butadiene polymerization was prepared. The result showed that this catalyst system had a high catalytic activity for butadiene polymerization. The obtained polymer was a high cis-1, 4-polybutadiene.
