摘要
对６４例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者和２０例正常对照组进行９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＴＰＡ肾动态显像，结果正常组肾小球滤过率（ＧＦＲ）为１１３±１１．７ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；４３倒尿蛋白阴性患者中有１５例ＧＦＲ＞１４０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，而２１倒尿蛋白阳性病人ＧＦＲ值为７６±３２．９ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ．结果提示，９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＴＰＡ肾动态显像对糖尿病早期肾小球高滤过状态的预测准确而敏感。
mTc-DTPA renography was performed in 64 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and 20 control subjects. The value of GFR in the controls was 113±11.7ml/min. The value of GFR in 15 of 43 patients with negative proteinuria was more than 140ml/min, but GFR in the 21 diabetes with positive proteinuria was 76 ± 32.9ml/min.These data indicated that 99mTc-DTPA renography is a accurate and sensitive method for evaluation of hyperfiltration in early diabetes mellitus.
