碘[^(131)I]胆甾醇中19位和6位胆甾醇比值的探讨

摘要 采用薄板层析法测定碘[131I]胆甾醇中19位和6位的比值,并对不同比值的七批供试品进行小白鼠肾上腺摄取率的对比试验,发现19位和6位的比值愈高,肾上腺摄取率愈低。本品的热稳定性考察表明,比值愈高,对热愈不稳定。说明19位热稳定性较6位差。证明作为肾上腺显像剂,6位是较理想的。 The relative contents of CL-19-131I(131I-19-iodocholest-5-en-3β-ol)and NCL-6-131I(131I-6β-iodomethyl-19-norcholest-5(10)-en-3β-ol) in seven batches of 131I-iodocholesterol prepared by Shanghai First Chemical Reagent Factory were determined by means of thin layer chromatography. It was found that when the ratio of CL-19-131I to NCL-6-131I was calculated, there was a negative correlation between this ratio and the adrenal gland uptake of 131I.A negative correlation was also found between this ratio and the heat stability of 131I-iodocholesterol.Therefored NCL- 6- 131I appears to be the better imaging agent for adrenal medulla.
