摘要
为了提高管式背心的代偿性能,在管式背心内加上呼吸囊,进行地面正压呼吸、高空爆炸减压、飞行员试穿和通话实验。结果表明,加呼吸囊后管式背心的代偿性能明显改善,减轻了呼吸疲劳,通话清晰度有所提高。本文对这一结果及其意义进行讨论。
In order to enhance the counterpressure effect of
capstan pressure jerkin,breathing bladderwas added under the jerkin.Tests of positive pressure
breathing(PPB) and altitude explosive decom-pression were conducted.The results showed that
the counterpressure effect of the capsstan jerkin withbladder was significantly improved.The
bladder increased the expiratory counterpressure at the chest.The amplitude and integration of
EMG when jerkin with bladder was worn(groups B,C)were signif-icantly lower(P<0.01) than those
when jerkin without bladder was worn(group A).The bladderreduces breath fatigue and enhances
communication intelligibility diring PPB.
