摘要
为探索人体热暴露过热时血浆脂质过氧化(LP)和中分子物质(MMS)含量的变化及其相互关系,对18名健康男子,于早餐后进行热暴露2h导致体温升高,当时平均Tr:38.63±0.24℃,HR:126.6±17.1bpm,SV:0.873±0.307kg,PSI:2.288,经汗的失水量占体重的1.31%,尿VMA浓度增高23.1%,24h尿VMA排出量为47.6±10.8μmol,超过正常范围。但血浆MMS浓度几乎无变化,血浆MDA浓度增高6.2%,而血浆GSH-px浓度增高46.1%(P<0.01),GSH-px/MDA比值增高35.8%(P<0.05)。实验显示,早餐后的热暴露未能如晚餐后热暴露明显提高血浆MMS浓度和防止过热组织过度的LP。
The aim of this study is to explore progressively the
changes of lipid peroxidation(LP)and medium molecule substance(MMS) concentration in
plasma of hyperthermal human body and their re-lationship.In 18 fit males by exposing to
heat(in sitting position)for 2 h continuously, Hyperthermia was induced. Meanwhile, their mean
rectal temperature was 38.63 ± 0.24℃, mean pulse rate 126.6±17.1 bpm,sweat volume 0.873
±0.307kg, PSI 2.288,and the liquid loss through sweating was e-quivalant to 1.31% of the body
weight.Urine Vanillymandelic acid(VMA)concentration increased by23.1%,24 h urine VMA output
was 47.6±0.8μmol which exceeded the normal limit.But plasma MMS concentration almost no
change, plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration increased by 6.2%,while the
selenium-containing glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px)and GSH-px/MDA ratio in-creased by
46.2%(P<0.01)and 37.3%(P<0.05)respectively. The results showed that heat ex-posure after
breakfast couldn’t increase plasma MMS conentration and prevent the excessive
lipoperox-idation in hyperthermia tissues obviously not like heat exposure after supper.
