未习服热暴露附加运动负荷大鼠某些血液指标的改变及细胞膜损伤 被引量:6

The Changes of the Blood Parameters and the Cytomembranous Injury during Exercise Under Unacclimatized Heat Exposure

摘要 对未习服热暴露附加运动负荷(游泳)动物的运动能力以及某些生化指标泌乳素(PBL)、皮质醇(Cort)、血栓素(TxB2)、前列环素(PGFIa)、唾液酸(TSA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肺泡动脉氧压差(A-aDO2)等进行了动态监测;并用冷冻蚀刻、电子密度示踪及电镜酶组织化学等技术对热负荷动物的心、肺、肾及小肠等细胞膜结构与功能进行了系统的研究,发现:(1)大鼠热暴露后游泳能力明显降低,与未受高温影响的单纯游泳组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);(2)热负荷使体内Cort,PRL等水平急剧上升,肺通气障碍,出现代谢性酸中毒,导致对机体有保护作用的物质如HGFI,SOD等水平降低或代偿,对机体有损伤作用的物质如TxB2,LPO等大量释放;(3)细胞能量代谢障碍,细胞膜上酶活性减弱,其转运水、电解质及代谢产物的能力亦明显降低,对大分子物质硝酸镧的通透性显著增加,细胞内外电位差及渗透压不能维持;(4)多数器官细胞膜内微粒数量明显减少,且分布异常;(5)全身系统多器官、多种细胞成份广泛受损,运动能力迅速降低;(6)受热停止4-24h上述各项指标无明显恢复迹象,迟发性损伤明显。 The ability of exercise (swiming), the blood parametera (PRL. Cort. TxB2.PGFIa .TSA), LPO, SOD and A-aDo2,functions and ultrastrature of cytomembrance of the heart lung kidney and smaall intestine organs wer studied systematicallyu on animals during exercise under unacclimatized heat exposure. It was found that: (l) The ability Of swimming in the group after hear exposuredecreased Seriously, as compared with the only swiming group (P< 0.01); (2) Fast ascending of the Cirt, PRL levels with heatload, pulmonary ventilation dysfunction and metablic acideds appeared resulting in the reduction and compensation of the body protecting substances(PGFI, SOD etc), the massive releasing of the body-hurting suhatances (TxB2, LPO, etc); (3) The cytoenergymetabolism was dysfunctioned the enzymatic activity on the Cytomembrane was reduced its ability to transport the water elec trolyte and the products of metalbolism was weakened obviously the prmeability of lanthanum nitrate to the macromollecular substance was increased notably the electric potentand the osmotic pressure of the in-extracellular failed to be main tained; (4) The quantity of the inramembranous particles reduced seriously in most organs and their distribution was abnormal; (5)The most organs and celluar ingredients in body systems were extensively injured and the ability of exercise was rapidly losen; (6)The abaoe findings showed no notable meovery 4 -24h after stopping heating, the delayed injury was Obvious.
