摘要
本文用系统动力学(SystemDynamic-SD)方法研究普通高校科研管理中2个基本问题:纵向与横向,教学与科研的关系,建立了SD模型。应用模拟语言Pdt编制了相应程序,进行了模拟分析,得出了有意义的结论。
This paper applied SD method to discuss the two basic problems about management of scientific research in general colleges: the relationship between vertical projects and horizontal projects, the relationship between teaching and researching. Create the SD model,make the program based on analogue language -Pdt for analogizing,come to some valuable conclusion.
