摘要
通过分析我国高校人才培养的现状,总结了近年来高校人才培养的研究内容,在确定高校人才培养影响因素的基础上,应用系统动力学构建了高校人才培养质量的模型,设计了系统的因果分析,并进行了系统的模拟,以期为高校人才培养提供决策参考。
Talents cultivation is the most important function in universities, and improving the quality of talents cultivation continuously is the pursuing goal for every university. After analyzing current situation of university talents cultivation in china and summarizing the research focus of civil scholars,based on the confirming factors of high school talents cultivation,the quality model was made by using The System Dynamics theory. The model emphasizes the causal relationship and simulating. Final some advices were provided to achieve healthy development in higher education.
