摘要
本文讨论了油田用长效粘土稳定剂 PA-F 对粘土矿物的稳定机理。研究了 PA-F 防止油、水层中水敏性粘土的膨胀,保护地层,消除污染,改善油层渗透性等作用。现场试验及推广应用结果表明该剂使用性能良好。作者在对未固结的地层砂样进行流动试验和水敏性试验测定粘土稳定剂的效能时,使用了新的试验方法,本文对此作了专门报导。
PA-F is a cationic polymer surfactant prepared by oxymethylation of polyaerylamide with CH_2O and subsquent amination with polyethylenepolyamines to give N-aminomethyl polyacrylamides.The synthesis of PA-F is described.Two grades of commercial product are available:PA-F1 and PA-F2 for use in production and injection wells,respectively. The service performance of PA-F is studied and evaluated comprehensively in laboratory.In core-flow tests and tests for water-sensitivity on unconsolidated reservoir sand granules a newly constructed sample container-holder is used.Test core samples are 5.8—6.0 cm long and 4.5 cm in diameter.Field tests and practical uses of PA-F in several hundreds of production and injection wells in Shengli Oil Field are shown to be successful and economic- ally benefical.The mechanizms of clay stabilization in general and by PA-F with consider- ation of reservoir characteristics are introduced.
