摘要
本文介绍了用非离子表面活性剂用RV-E及粘土稳定剂PF-C联合处理蒸汽吞吐开采的特稠油井的工艺方法。经处理的特稠油井产量上升,回采水率提高,生产周期延长。
The reservior blockages in near berehole zones of steam huff-puff wells are created by the incursion of mud particles,precpitation of heavy organic substaces from crude,formation of stable emulsion and clay expansion.To remove such blockages a new treating technology is developed of injecting into the well 0.1% aqueous solutions of nonionic surfactant RV-E, 0.2% solution of clay stabilizer PF-C and 0.1% RV-E.Field tests in 24 wells show high successfulness:increased oil productoin and water recovery and prolonged production cycle are resulted.The related properties of 1% RV-E/PF-C(1:2) solution are investigated in labortory.
