摘要
本研究采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、Ｘ射线衍射仪、金相检查等方法对放置１０年以上ＴＣｕ２２０ｃ宫内节育器的金相及表面沉积物进行分析。结果表明，金相有均匀性腐蚀；沉积物元素为Ｃａ、Ｃｕ、Ｓ、Ｓｉ等，结构为ＣａＣＯ３、Ｃｕ２Ｏ、Ｃｕ。本研究认为ＴＣｕ２２０ｃＩＵＤ放置１０～１２年是安全的，使用期限可延长至１０～１２年。
The surface deposits and metallography were investigated with scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrophotometry,automatic X-ray diffraction and optical microscope respectively.The results showed that the metallic structures were evenly corroded.The components of deposits were Ca,Cu,S and Si.The main structures of deposits were Cu2O,CaCO3 and Cu. In regard to the long term safety of copper IUDs,we consider that the usage length for TCu220cIUDs should be 10～12 years.
