单板机用于放射性矿石物理分析

摘要 文章以应用日β-γ-γ物理分析方法为内容,介绍了用Z-80单板机配单道γ能谱仪(GP-1)进行矿石物理分析的硬件和软件。数据采集和测量过程的程控是硬件连接电路需要解决的主要问题。硬件采用PIO接口,辅加一些简单电路解决了连机问题。软件主要是体现方法特点和放射性测量特点的主程序和主要的服务子程序。应用该单板机装置在生产单位实地对批量样品进行试验。通过对比数据,说明分析质量满足规范要求。单板机的应用使手工操作在许多方面有较大的改进,而且装置成本低,因而具有实用推广价值。 Based upon β-γ-γ physical analysis, this paper presents the soft ware and hard ware, together with the Z-80 single board and the GP-1 single channel γ-ray spectrometer, serving as mineral physical analysis. The main problems of hard ware connecting circuits to be solved are collecting data and controlling measurement. By using a single board unit PIO connector and adding some circuits, the single board and GP-1 can be connected. The characteristics of analytical method, the main programsand the serving programs of the soft ware are presented. The massive samples were tested by the single board used in pactice. The comparative data show that the analytical quality comforms to the standard. Application of the single board is considerably superior to the manual work. It lowers production cost, therefore, We recommend this method to be applied to other physical analysis.
