摘要
文章以应用β-γ-γ物理分析方法为内容,介绍了Z-80单板机带单道γ能谱仪GP-1,机助物理分析的硬件和软件,数据采集和测量讨程的程控是硬件连接电路需要解决的主要问题。应用了PIO接口,辅加一些简单的电路解决了连机问题。软件主要介绍了体现方法特点和放射性测量特点的主程序和主要的服务子程序,应用该单板机装置在生产单位实地对批量样品进行了试验。文中列举了一些分析实例的打印记录和一些对比数据,说明了分析质量满足规范要求。机助分析比手工操作在许多方面有较大的优点,自动化程序较高,同时装置成本低,具有实用价值。
This paper discusses Z-80 single board microprocessor, software and hardware which are used in single channel γ-ray spectrometer GP-1 for β-γ-γ physical analysis, programmable data collection and measurement are the main problems for hardware connecting circuits to solve. The'on-line' is realized by using PIO interface and adding some simple circuits. The main program and the main subroutine that can show the characteristics of the method and radioactive measurement are described. The single board microprocessor has been used to ald sample analysis. The printout of analysis and data comparison are given in this paper which show the quality of the analysis. The analysis using the single board microprocessor has many advantages to manual operation and is of high automation, low cost and practical value
