摘要
“利宝康”是一种小儿强化固体饮料,含有生理需要量的硫胺素、核黄素、抗坏血酸、叶酸、维生素D_2、铁、锌、铜和赖氨酸等强化剂。所有强化剂经过测定及贮存实验。六个月的室温贮存,大部成分保存率在80％以上,但抗坏血酸及维生素D_2分别为44.3％和68.7％。动物实验表明,总增重、饲料效价、净蛋白质利用率、氮平衡、血红蛋白和肝氮贮留,实验组(加有“利宝康”)均明显优于对照组。硫胺素、核黄素、抗坏血酸、锌和铜的营养状况,实验组也有明显改善。通过实验,可以认为“利宝康”是一种较好的小儿营养强化固体饮料。
'Libaokang' is a kind of children's soft drink powder fortified with physiologic amount of thiamine, riboflavin, ascorbic acid, folic acid, vitamin D, iron, zinc, copper and lysine. All the fortified nutrients were analysed chemically pre-and during store period.An experiment using young male Wistar rats 4 weeks of age, was con- ducted to evaluate the nutritive value of 'Libaokang'. 30 animals were randomly divided into 3 groups (10 in each). The feed of the control group was made of basal diet and that of the 2 experimental groups contained 5% and 10% 'Libaokang' in the basal diet respectively. The total nitrogen level of all the feeds were equalized to 1.30g. The results showed that the total body weight gain, FE, NPU, nitrogen balance, liver nitrogen and hemoglobin of experimental groups were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the nutritional status of thiamine, riboflavin, ascorbic acid, zinc and copper was also much improved in the experimental groups. It suggested that 'Libaokaag' would be a good nutritive beverage for children.
