菜籽饼粕脱毒新技术研究 被引量:1

A STUDY ON THE NEW DETOXICATING TECHNIQUE FOR RAPESEED MEAL

摘要 本文报道了利用挤压膨化机在瞬时,高温、高压下,对菜籽饼粕进行脱毒研究.结果表明:在加人20%碱性添加剂(水溶液)、温度162—168℃,时间5—6秒的条件下,菜籽饼粕脱毒率可达到89.30—93.30%. A Method of the Screen extrusion-cooker with high temperature and high pressure in a twinkling was described for rapeseed meal detoxication in this paper. The results show that the percentage of detoxication was between 89.4-99.3 when 20% of alkcaline solution was added at 162-168℃ for 5-6 sec.
