摘要
通过由氢醌含锰废渣制MnSO_4工艺,介绍了反中和沉淀法除铁的工艺条件。以的MnO_2作氧化剂,NH_3·H_2O作中和剂,控制一定的pH值和Fe ̄(3+)浓度,过程中温度为80~90℃,反应时间为0.5h,采用反沉淀法可使矿石中的铁变为针状铁。该方法分离效果好,既除去了铁杂质,又得到了针状铁。
Technical conditions in the removal of iron by the reverse neutralizing precipitation are described and which are testified to by the techniquefor the producing MnSO_4 from mangnese-containing mud of hydroquinone.Using MnO_2 as oxidant, NH_3·H_2O as neutralizer,controling value of pH andconcentration of Fe ̄(3+) within a certain range,temperature being 80~90℃reaction time,0.5h,iron in the ore is changed into needle crystal by reverseprecipitation,The process is an efficient separation which both removes ironimpurity and obtains needle iron.
