摘要
应用放免方法测定未治急性白血病31例及对照组29例8Am、4Pm、及0Am血浆皮质醇。结果发现病人组4Pm及0Am血浆皮质醇较相应时点的对照组显著增高(P<0.05及0.01),节律性较对照组差,病人组三个时点比较仅8Am与0Am比较有显著性差异,对照组8Am与0Am,4Pm与0Am及8Am与4Pm比较均有显著性差异。病人组的皮质醇增高可能与应激反应有关。
The plasma cortisol levels of 31 cases with acute leukemia and 29 controls were determined at 8Am, 4Pm and 0Am. It was found that the plasma cortisol levels of the acute leukemia patients at 4Pm and 0Am were higher than those of the control group at the respective time (P<0.05 and P<0.01). The increase of the cortisol level of the acute leukemia patients may probably be related to stress.
