摘要
于1989~1992年,在肿瘤化疗期间,应用放射免疫法检测肿瘤病人血浆皮质醇和醛固酮水平,结果化疗前属正常范围,化疗后均显著降低(皮质醇为663.45±243.17nmol/L对474.78±275.45nmol/L,P<0.01;醛固酮为638.83±324.39Pmol/L对434.45±322.42Pmol/L,P<0.02)。提示化疗对肾上腺皮质分泌功能具有明显的抑制作用,为化疗合用皮质激素类药物,已减轻化疗反应提供了理论依据。
We selected 30 patients with tumor in respiratory and metabolic system, they were routinely treated by chemotherapy within the experiment, the level of cortisol and aldosterone were examined by radioimmunoassay. As a result, the level of cortisol and aldosterone were reduced from 663. 45 ±243. 17nmol/L to 474. 78±275. 45nmol/L and from 638. 83±324. 39nmol/L to 434. 45±322. 42nmol/L respectively. It differ significantly (P<0. 01, P<0. 02). The results suggest that chemotherapy suppress the secretive function of adrenal cortex. We may use corticoid drugs to minimize the side effect during the chemotherapy.
