摘要
在６只清醒、可活动的猕猴上观察了大脑皮层体感Ｉ区（ＳＩ区）皮层内注射微量氯化钙对外周皮肤痛阂和针刺镇痛的影响。结果：①ＳＩ区皮层内注射１８２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ氯化钙５μｌ，对侧肢体皮肤痛闽由０．６３±０．０３ｍＡ增高至１．０８±０．０７ｍＡ，ｐ＜０．００１。②针刺足三里穴，痛阂明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），由０．５５±０．０４ｍＡ升高至１．２２±０．０６ｍＡ，而针刺穴位井同时皮层内注射氯化钙时，痛阂进一步增高至１．４４±０．１ｍＡ。同时针刺穴位及皮层内注射氯化钙与单纯针刺穴位时痛阂变化比较ｐ＜０．０５。③每只实验猴皮层内注射相同容量生理盐水，均未见痛阈发生明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果表明：皮层内注射氯化钙可使外周皮肤痛阈明显升高并加强针刺镇痛效应。提示皮层内钙离子参与ＳＩ区皮层对外周皮肤痛觉及针刺镇痛的调制。
This investigation was done to study whethercalcium ions in Sl area took part inmodulating pain sensation of the peripheral skin and acupuncture analgesia,The experimentswere performed in 6 awake monkeys(Macaca Mulatta).Operant conditioning elicited by nox-ious stimulatiOn was taken as an indicator of pain,The influence of intracortical microinjectionof CaCl2 into the Sl area on thepain threshold of the peripheral skin and acupuncture analgesiawas observed.The results obtained were as follows;①In 41 tests,the pain threshold of theperipheral skin of the corresponding receptive field was greatly elevated(from 0.63±0.03 to 1.08±0.07mA,P<0.001) during intracortical injection of 5μl 182 mmol/L CaCl2 into the SI area。The effect usually began in 5 minutes after injection and lasted for 20 to30 minutes, even to 1.5hours.In 20 tests,the effect of acupuncture analgesia was enhanced(P<0.05)during simulta-neous injection of CaCl2.The pain threshold did not change significantly(P> 0.05) duringintracortical injection of the same amount of saline,Our present work suggests that calcium ionsin the cortex of SI area take part in modulating pain sensation of the skin and acupunctureanalgesia。
