摘要
超光滑表面粗糙度测量一直为人们所关注。本文提出了一种对于任意反射率的样品表面粗糙度(包括完全透明样品)均可测量的方法,并解决了第二表面散射对测量值的影响。
We present a method which can be used to measure the sample surface roughnessof arbitrary reflectance(including perfect transparent sample).At the same time,the accuracyof test value is also solved.
