摘要
泡沫体系的表面张力、粘度,表面粘度以及液晶相的存在对泡沫的稳定性皆有影响。消泡剂可改变上述性质。本文报导聚氧乙烯辛基酚(TritonX-100),十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),油酸三乙醇胺(TEAOL)和卵磷脂等起泡剂在均相溶液及有液晶存在时产生泡沫的稳定性,观察硅油的消泡作用。
The stability of foams has been studied in aqueous and nonaqueous solutions of varioussurfactants. In aqueous and ethylene glycol solution of surfactants, surface viscosityplayed an important role in stabilizing foams.Presence of liquid crystal increased the sur-face viscosity as well as the viscosity of bulk solution and as a consequence increased thestability of the foam. In xylene and n-hexane solutios of surfactants the stability of the foam was very poor,for the molecules of the surfactant were incapable of forming adsorption film in the air-solution interface. In case the concentration of the surfactants was much higher than thatof the non-polar solvent in foaming system,the foam stability could be enhanced by liquidcrystal. Silicone oil appeared a good defoaming agent in aqueous system, but it became badwhen the amount of the liquid crystal increased.
