摘要
本文介绍国外几个主要电信设备公司的情况和对其生产、科研、经营策略的分析，提供一些可借鉴的例子。
Several major telecom equipment manufacturers abroad are described in this paper and their policies of manufacturing,R & D and marketing are analyzed. Some examples which are given in the paper may be useful.
