摘要
应用紫外可见吸收光谱研究了钴超氧化物歧化酶在缓冲溶液中与组氨酸的相互作用。发现酶活性中心的Co(Ⅱ)在缓冲溶液中可以与外部物质进行交换相互作用。Co(Ⅱ)与组氨酸形成络合物并在活性中心与络合物间达成动态平衡。
The interaction of ECo-superoxide dismutase (ECoSOD) with the external dine in buffer has been studied by UV-VIS spectroscopy. It was found that the Co (E ) of ECoSOD makes an exchanging interaction with the external substance in buffer. Being unlike in solid state,the Co (Ⅱ) forms complex with external histidine and keeps a motional equilibrium between the active centers and the complexes.
