摘要
本文介绍锌和邻二氮菲-溴甲酚绿在氨性缓冲液中形成三元配合物增溶于聚乙烯醇PVA_(124)体系,直接在水相中测其吸光度。配合物最大吸收位于612nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(612)=1.63×10 ̄6L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)。锌浓度在0-1.2μg/25mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系。用此法分析良/恶性肿瘤细胞切片中锌含量,获得良好的结果。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method based on the formation of tribasic complex of zinc ion with ohenanthroline-bromocresol green has been developed for the determination of micromounts zine. The maxium absorption wavelength of the complex is 612nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1. 63×10 ̄6L·mol ̄(-1) . cm ̄(-1). Beer 's law is obeyed for zinc in the rang of 0-1.2μg/25mL. The method has been applied to the determination of zinc in tumor with satisfactory results .
