摘要 本文系统地分析了场致发射的基本理论及其修正,介绍了罗恩泽教授提出的恩泽公式同时,概述了微型真空管的结构、工艺和我们近期的工作. This paper completely analysizes the basic theory of field emission and its correction. Enze formula is presented in this paper. At the same time, the constructions and manufacturing methodes of vacuum microelectronics tubes and our recent work, are summalized.
