摘要
通过动物分组实验进行组织学观察，对大鼠大脑皮层切开移植和造腔移植两种方法的移植效果进行比较，结果发现皮层切开移植组移植物存活良好，存活数为７／１２，造腔移植组未见有移植物成活。

study,fetal brain tissues were grafted to brain cortex in 24 adult
rats of the same specisesby two implanting methods(incision and
cavity).Histological study was performed at 6-8 weeks
aftertransplantation. The graft survival was 7/12 in incision
group,0/10 in cavity f;group, which indicated thatthe incision method
was much better than the cavity method.
