摘要
本实验比较了胎脑组织块和细胞悬液脑实质内移植两种方法。结果表明，细胞悬液移植法优于组织块移植法，成功率高，且方法简便，适于脑移植的基础研究和临床应用。
The fetal brain tissue piece and cell suspension graft were compared and the results showed that the method of the cell suspension was better than of tissue piece. It was easy and suitable for basic research and clinical application.
