摘要
合成了Ni替代铁酸稀土复合氧儿物LaFe_(1-x)Ni_xO_3(x=0.1~0.6),对样品进行了XRD、IR及Mossbauer谱测试。结果表明:x=0.1,0.2,0.3的样品为正交相,x=0.5,0.6的样品为菱方相;伴随结构从正交向菱方结构的转变,IR谱上Fe(Ni)-O键伸缩振动谱带向高频移动近20cm^(-1)。Mossbauer 谱测试表明Fe均处于+3价高自旋态,Ni离子以+3价进入晶格.
Pervoskite oxides of LaFe_(1-x)Ni_xO_3(x=0.1~0.6)were prepared by the solid state reaction method.The XRD, IR and Mossbauer measurements show that the samples are all in single phase except for x=0.4; their structures transform from orthorhombic to rhomhombic at x=0. 5.The frequency of Fe(Ni)-O stretching vibration shifts to a high frequency about 20 cm(-1) with a structure transformation. Fe ions are all in high spin state of +3 valence and Ni ions incorporated in lattice are in +3 valence.
