摘要
建立了水平连铸工艺无阻条件的钢液水平补缩沿程压力降模型:其压力降随拉坯速度的增高而增大。当中间包内钢液面稳定在700mm时,35CrMo合金结构钢的拉坯速度不应大于2.5m/min;启铸和停铸前阶段,需把拉坯速度下降到2.0m/min以下,否则钢液的初始压力不足以补偿水平补缩沿程压力损失。
A model of the path pressure drop of the horizontal shrinkage compensation with molten steel under the condition of horizontal continuous casting without hindrance has been worked out: The pressure becomes higher with the increase of the billet drawing speed. When the level of the molten steel in the tundish keeps 700 mm, the billet drawing speed for the structural alloy steel 35 CrMo should not be faster than 2. 5 m/min. Casting starting and before stopping,the drawing speed should be reduced below 2. 0 m/min, otherwise,the initial pressure can not be great enough to compensate the loss of the path pressure of the horizontal shrinkage compensation.
