摘要
本文报道了４例临床成人原位肝移植，结合文献分析，讨论了肝移植的手术方法；手术后并发症：ＣＭＶ感染、肝动脉血栓形成、胆道并发症以及急性排斥的诊断与治疗。
This article reports four patients who underwent ortholopic liver transplantation.The surgical techniques,diagnosis and treatment of the aperative complications (cytomegalovirus.CMVinfection,hepatoartery thrombosis,bile duct complications and acute rejection etc. ) were discussed in combination with review literatures.
