摘要
以三个甘蔗品种的幼叶和叶鞘为外值体,经愈伤组织途径诱导出体细胞胚,并通过低温处理和渗透压调节法使胚状体发育达到部分同步优。同自配人工胚乳包埋手工剥离出的成熟胚状体,得到直径约5mm的粒状人工种子,其在无菌条件下的发芽率为93.8%,转株率为81.4%。
