摘要
持续发展战略是一种能有效协调经济发展与人口、资源、环境关系的发展战略，现已被世界各国采用。在生态环境脆弱的干旱区，绿洲的可持续性对整个干旱区的经济发展和环境优化起着极为重要的作用。木文试图以宁夏绿洲为例，讨论绿洲持续发展的紧迫性和必要性，并针对本区实际情况，提出了绿洲综合开发的持续发展战略及其实施措施。
Sustainable development strategy,bywhich economic devdopment can be effectivelyharmonized with population,resources and environment,has been taken by several coun-tries.In fragile arid lands, oasis'sustainability plays an important role in economic develop-ment and environmental optimization. With a case study of the Ningxia Plain,the urgencyand mecessity of the oasis'sustainable development has been discussed in the paper. Final-ly,on the basis of the region's conditions,a sustainable development strategy and a seriesof measures have been put forword.
