摘要
论述了宁夏４个具代表性的扬黄新灌区开发建设后的主要环境变化，并用３项评价指标、１９个指标因子，采用模糊线性加权变换方法对４个新灌区开发建设后生态环境效益给予了定量评估。根据评估结果指出了今后宁夏扬黄新灌区开发建设中应注意的主要问题。
This Paper discussed the main ecotope Changes of the 4 representative NNIAPWYRs after their development and construction and evaluated quantitatively their ecotope benefits through the fuzzy-linearweight-transformation method with 3 indexes and 19 factors. The key issues to be considered in the near future in developing and constructing the NNIAPWYRs were put forward based on the assessment results.
