摘要
作者利用自制的5-羟色胺(5-HT)抗血清,成功地对豚鼠胰腺进行了免疫细胞化学定位。结果表明,应用PAP-GDN和PAP染色技术,观察到在豚鼠胰腺的内、外分泌部均有5-HT免疫反应细胞分布。在胰腺内分泌部(胰岛)5-HT免疫反应细胞分布均匀,形态多样,大小不等。在外分泌部,5-HT免疫反应细胞呈单个分散或聚集分布,主要位于腺上皮或导管上皮之间,或位于腺泡之间或导管旁的结缔组织之中。作者对其意义进行了讨论。
Immunocytochemieal localization of 5-HT Containing cellsj in the guinea-pig pancreas was studied by means of PAP-GDN and PAP staining on paraffin sections. In this study we demonstrated the presence of 5-HT immunoreactive cells in the endocrine (islets) and exocrine pancreas of the guinea-pig. The 5-HT immunoreactive cells in the pancreatic islets are identical in distribution and nultiformed in shape. The 5-HT positive granules within these cells'appear dark blue. This type of cells is also distributed in the exocrine pancreas. Grouped or single cells occur intercalatediy between acinar cells as well as in the epithelium of ducts and in the connective tissues near ducts or acinus.
