人尿集落刺激因子对受照射小鼠存活的影响

EFFECT OF COLONY STIMULATING FACTOR FROM HUMAN URINE ON SURVIVAL OF IRRADIATED MICE

摘要 本实验证明人尿集落刺激因子(CSF)能明显地提高受照射小鼠存活率,并延长存活时间。用微孔板有限稀释法培养粒细胞证明人尿CSF能维持外用血粒细胞存活,且存活细胞数与CSF浓度有密切关系。在含有人尿CSF的条件下,骨髓粒-巨噬细胞存活数(CFU-GM)在培养12d时较培养8d者增多。 It was shown that colony stimulating factor (CSF) extracted fromhuman urine could increase survival rate obviously and prolonged survival time inirradiated mice. Using tissue culture mini-well plate by means of limiting dilutionmethod, it was shown that With CSF the mature granulocytes in peripheral bloodcould be kept survival and the counts of them were closely correlated with the concentrations of CSF. With CSF (200 u/ml), in the bone marrow culture the numbersof granulocyte-macrophage colony forming unit (CFU-GM) at the 12th day werelarger than that at the 8ib day.
