摘要
利用紫茉莉(Mirabilis jalapa)花瓣研制了对合成食用色素胭脂红选择性响应的新型组织传感器,该传感器灵敏度高,重现性好,选择性好.其线性范围为5×10-3~5×10-7mol/L,检测下限为2.8 × 10-8mol/L;斜率为20 mV/pCcar(30℃,pH=5~6).
A new biosensor based on miranilis jalapa petal tissue for synthetic carmine be used for food, coupling with potentiometric synthetic carmine gas sensing electrode was designed and constructed. The biosensor has high sensitivity and reproducibility, and selectivi-ty, and linear response in the range of the substrate concentration of 5×10-3-5×10-7 mol/L, with the detection limit of 2. 8 × 10-8mol/L and the slope of 20 mV/pCcax (30C , pH = 5-6).
