摘要
本文将香蕉肉浆组织固定于氧电极上研制成对儿茶酚类化合物具有高选择性的香蕉组织电极。电极具有活性高、响应快、稳定性好等特点。响应时间小于2min,儿茶酚检测浓度在10^(-5)mol/L数量级,电极寿命至少二周。
An amperometric membrane electrode with selective response to catechols is constructed by immobilizing banana pulp tissue slices at an O_2 electrode. The electrode for the measurement of catechols exhibits good linear response in each range of response, It combines characteristics of high biocatalytic activity, favorable selectivity, fast response, good stability and a useful lifetime of at least two weeks under the optimal operations.
