摘要
本文系统介绍了几种适用于生物大分子分析的软电离技术及其应用,井综述了以多肽、蛋白质为代表的生物活性大分子的分子量测定及序列分析.
A review with 56 references is given on the development of biological mass spec-trometry, which concerns the soft ionization techniques, mass measurement and sequence determination of large biomolecules such as peptides and proteins.
