摘要
对兔胸头肌、锁头肌和股直肌同时进行琥珀酸脱氢酶、还原型辅酶Ⅰ-四唑盐、磷酸化酶和肌凝蛋白ATP酶组化染色,结果显示胸头肌和股直肌均为以ⅡA和ⅡB型肌纤维为主的混合肌,锁头肌属于3种类型肌纤维平均分布的混合肌。多种组化技术可以准确地鉴别肌纤维分型,有利于定量研究肌纤维形态及分布特点,在神经肌肉修复学研究中有一定意义。
Histochemical studies were carried out on three rabbit muscles, i. e. sternocephalic, cleidocephalic and rectus femoris muscles, in which the activities of succinate dehydrogenase, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide tetrazolium reductase, phosphorylase, and myosin adenosine triphosphatase were demonstrated in serial cross-sections. The results show that both sternocephalic and rectus femoris muscles were a kind of mixed muscle consisting of muscle fibers of type Ⅱ A anD Ⅱ B mostly and type I fibers had only less than 10% in the population, and cleidocephalic muscle was another one in which the muscle fibers of three types shared out mkre equally in the distribution. The multi-histochemical technique was adopted to make the identification of muscle fiber type more accurate and benefited in the morphological and quantitative studies of muscle fiber. The significance of multihis-tochemical technique in neuromuscular repair was also discussed.
