摘要 运用反向流动注射分析法以吡啶-巴比妥酸和Fe(Ⅲ)作为显色剂建立了连续测定CN^-和SCN^-的方法。借助于聚四氟乙烯微孔膜分离CN^-和SCN^-,经切换阀实现测定转换,通过优化实验找到了两者连续测定的适宜条件,CN^-和SCN^-的测定范围分别为:5~20mg/L和0~80mg/L。 A successive determination method for cyanide and thiocyanate by reversed flow-injection technique is described. A PTFE membrane was used for separating cyanide from thiocyanate by acidifying the sample. Cyanide diffused through the membrane to a phosphate buffer (pH 5. 9) and then was determined in a pyridine- barbituric acid system. On the other hand, thiocyanate remained in donor stream and was determined by means of iron ( Ⅲ ) salt method. The relative standard deviations of cyanide and thiocyanate at the level of 5 . 0 mg / L were 1. 2% and 2. 0 % (n=16), respectively. Copper, PO13-, Cd(Ⅱ), Mn( Ⅱ ), phenol, iodide, Pb( Ⅱ ) etc. did not interfere with the determination.
