摘要
利用图像分析系统观察了不同剂量^(60)Co-γ线照射对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的影响。通过定量细胞化学测定表明,经1~3Gy照射后,巨噬细胞内具有代表性的溶酶体酶,以及ATPase和PAS阳性物质的含量明显增加。随着照射剂量增加(5~8Gy),上述4种物质含量逐渐减少。同时细胞吞噬活力和细胞面积也发生相应改变。
Effects of various doses of irradiation (60Co-γ ray) on mouse macropha-ges were investigated by means of quantitative cytochemistry. It had been found that the contents of lysosomal enzymes (AcPase, ANAE), ATPase and PAS positive substances of peritoneal macrophages were increased after irradiation (1-3Gy), and were decreased with the increasing of irradiation (5-8Gy). Meanwhile, the activities and area of macrophages were also changed as compared with the control group.
