摘要
目的:探讨哮喘患者外周血嗜酸细胞(EC)的氧化代谢活性及活性氧产生与正常人的差别,并了解重要致喘介质血小板激活因子(PAF)对它的影响。方法:采用鲁米诺放大的化学发光法。22例哮喘患者及25例正常人各分为两组,均从外周血中分离出EC,Ⅰ组的EC用酵母多糖刺激,Ⅱ组的EC用PAF刺激,最后用生物化学发光仪检测发光值。结果:哮喘患者血EC受PAF刺激后化学发光较正常人增强,5×10 ̄5细胞的发光峰值分别为(1.15±0.36)×10 ̄5min ̄(-1)和(0.56±10.31)×10 ̄5min”(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患者外周血EC处于激活状态,对PAF的反应增强。
Objective:To study the difference of the blood eosinophils oxidative
metabolic activity and perox-ide production between the asthmatics and the normal;and the
influence of the inflammation mediatorplatelet activating factor(PAF )on them. Methods:The
technique of luminol- enhanced chemiluminescencewas used.Twenty-two asthma patients and
twenty- five normal were devided into two groups,respectively.One group was stimulated with
opsonized zymosan,the other with PAF,and the number of counts perminute was
registered.Result:We found that eosinophils from the asthmatics produced a
significantlygreater chemiluminescence induced by PAF[(1.15 ±0. 36) ×10 ̄5 min ̄(-1)/5 ×
10 ̄5 cell]than normal cells did[(0.56±0. 31)×105 min ̄(-1)/5 ×10 ̄5 cell],P<0.
05.Conclusion:The results suggested that the eosinophilsfrom the asthmatics are in activative
state and hyperresponsive to PAF.
