摘要
为了探索人血型分型试剂工业化生产的可能性，应用人Ａ、Ｂ血型单克隆抗体，进行了抗体特性及临床血型分型的研究。经血凝特性试验，测得Ｄ２８６－Ｅ１２单克隆抗体仅对Ａ血型特异，６－１－Ｇ１１单克隆抗体仅对Ｂ血型特异。由盐水试管法测得它们的血凝滴度均为１：５１２。以血库常规人抗Ａ、抗Ｂ血清为标准对照，采用盐水试管法，对３７０４例血液样品进行了临床血型分型试验。结果显示，Ａ、Ｂ血型单克隆抗体分型试剂与标准人血清１００％相符。证明：Ｄ２８６－Ｅ１２和６－１－Ｇ１１两株杂交瘤分泌的Ａ、Ｂ血型单克隆抗体可作为非常优越的血型分型试剂。具有工业化生产血型单克隆抗体的潜力。
In cider to explore the pessibility of industrial production of human bind typing reagents,characteristics and clinical usage of the monoclonal antibodies to human blood groupes A and B were studied. Monoclonal antibody D286-E12 was only specific to blood group A and monoclonal antibody 6-G11 was only specific to bind group B by hemagglutination specificity tests.Their agglutination titers were 512 by saline tube test.The clinical blood typing tests on 3704 blood samples were performed by the saline tUbe method with human anti-A and anti-B sera as the standard control.The result showing 100 percent coincidence was obtained.It demonstrated that D286-E12 and 6-1-G11 were excellent blood typing reagents and might be of potential for industrial production.
