榄香烯合并加温对H_(22)-F_(25)/L肝癌细胞体外抑癌的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用我国中药温莪术提取的抗癌有效部位榄香烯(elemene)合并加温,对H22-F25/L小鼠肝癌细胞进行体外抑癌实验。结果显示:Elemene(50ug/ml)或加温(≥390℃)均对肝癌细胞有抑癌作用,并且随着加温温度的上升或时间的延长抑癌作用愈益明显。其中以Elemene(50ug/ml)合并加温(430℃)持续1小时抑癌效果显著。其3H-TdR癌细胞掺入率仅为0.24%,核分裂明显抑制(P<0.01),作用后的癌细胞不能再传代。这结果说明Elemene合并加温对H22-F25/L小鼠肝癌细胞在体外有显著的抑癌作用,说明该药具有临床热化疗前景。 Elemene,extracted from the chinese medical herb curcuma wenyujin and hyperthermia was used for antitumor action on H22-F25/L hepatomas.The results showed that in vitro elemene(50μg/ml) or hyperthermia(≥39℃) had inhibitory cancer effects.But the strongest effect expressed 3H-TDR uptake rate only 0.42%,obvious division inhibitory rate(P<0.01) and losing reproductive capacity when elemene(50μg/ml) combined with heat(43℃) simultaneously for 60 minutes.The above mentioned experimental results suggested that elemene combined with heat(acted synergistieally) had the most significances of antitumor action on H22-F25/L hepatomas.In addition,elemene has no severe side effects that other anticancer drugs have.The report provides the basis for further clinical application of intraperitoneal hyperthermia with elemene in abdominal cancers.
