摘要
本文对5例阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症(PNH)的红细胞形态在扫描电镜下进行了观察,结果表明PNH患者红细胞中光滑盘形明显减少,仅占58.9%±9.1%,与正常对照(93.0±2.64%)相比,P<0.001,异常形态红细胞明显增多,其中环形红细胞高达25±10.7%(P<0.001),单嵴盘形、球口形、盆盘形及陷窝形红细胞均增多。经1tμg/ml亚硒钠孵育4小时后,光滑盘形红细胞稍增加(66.7±4.32%,与孵育前比P>0.05),环形及其他异常形态红细胞亦有所减少。我们过去工作曾证实微量元素硒具有保护PNH患者红细胞膜减轻过氧化损伤、促进酶活性减轻溶血的作用,本研究表明加硒后在扫描电镜下红细胞的形态异常也有一定程度的改善,但尚不够显著。
The morphology of erythrocytes in 5 cases of Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria(PNH) was observed with SEM.The results showed that the normal discocytes in PNH patients were markedly diminished than that of normal adults(58.9±9.1%,93.0%±2.65%).The abnormal erythrocytes,particularly the ring shape cells were significantly increased to 25 ±10.7%,(P<0.001).Otherwise,spherostomatocytes,erythrocytes with crest,pit,basin-plate in shape were also distinctly increased.After treatment with selenium for 4 hours in vitro,normal discoytes slightlyincreased than that of untreatment samples.(66.5±4.32%),(P>0.05).Erythrocytes with ring shape and other abnormal cells were also decreased(P>0.05).Our other studies had showed that selenium could protect erythrocyte membrance from peroxidative damages and might improve the activity of enzymes.These results suggesed that selenium might be also improve the morphology of PNH but not significantly.
